Authenticity You Can Trust
We are committed to selling only genuine designer merchandise. Every item is thoroughly reviewed before it hits our sales floor. We take extra steps to verify authenticity, including:
- Checking serial numbers, holograms, and tags
- Requesting original receipts or manufacturer documents
- Consulting with local stores to confirm details
If an item cannot be authenticated, we will not accept it. Counterfeit items must be retrieved by the consignor within 24 hours or will be responsibly disposed of. Items mailed in that fail authentication will be returned at the sender’s expense.
To help us authenticate your items quickly, please provide one or more of the following:
- Original sales or gift receipt
- Manufacturer authentication card
- Serial number or hologram
- Original tags or packaging
- Manufacturer registration card

By consigning with us, you confirm that you are the legal owner of the items. The consignor agrees to hold It’s Chic Again! Consignment, LLC harmless for any claims or disputes related to ownership.
